Terms of engagement

These terms apply to inquiries and paid engagements for financial audit of applications with Structured App Audit Office.

Acceptance

By requesting an estimate, confirming an engagement letter, or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not submit packages or rely on site content as professional advice tailored to your facts.

Services described

We provide independent desk reviews of financing, grant, and related application packages. Scope is defined in a written estimate or engagement letter. Site descriptions are informational and do not themselves create an engagement.

Client responsibilities

You warrant that materials provided are accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have authority to share them. You remain responsible for filing decisions, representations to third parties, and statutory compliance.

Intellectual property

Findings memos, worksheets, and checklists we prepare remain our intellectual property. You receive a license to use them for the related filing and internal governance. You may not resell or republish them without written consent. Your source documents remain yours.

Confidentiality

We treat application packs and extracts as confidential and limit access to staff and contractors bound by confidentiality duties, except where disclosure is required by law.

Liability

Our work is a review of materials you supply, not a guarantee of loan approval, grant award, or absence of later questions from recipients. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts in Taiwan shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or related engagements, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for future inquiries.
