About

A small office built around application packages

Structured App Audit Office exists for one kind of work: independent financial audit of applications before they reach a bank desk, grant clerk, or investor committee.

Review team discussing paperwork in a bright meeting room

Origin

The practice grew out of repeated late-night rescues of financing packs that looked finished until a schedule refused to tie. Founders who had sat on both preparer and reviewer sides of Taiwan credit and subsidy filings opened a desk in Hsinchu County to offer that review earlier — while there is still time to correct the file.

Working approach

We read documents, not slides. Engagements begin with the recipient checklist, move through figures and annexes, and end with a memo your internal owners can act on. We stay clear of selling unrelated retainers or vague corporate language.

Values that show up in the memo

  • Plain severity tags instead of padded praise
  • Respect for filing calendars and quiet workrooms
  • Separation between our review and your statutory audit
  • Confidential handling of ledgers and bank extracts
