Olive Ledger Software Audit · Thailand

When the books hang on the application

We perform financial audits of applications—tracing invoices, waivers, cut-offs, and capitalised costs from the clerk’s screen to the signed trial balance.

Accountant reviewing printed ledgers and notes at a sunlit desk

Assurance for numbers born inside applications

Controllers across Nonthaburi, Bangkok, and Nakhon Ratchasima increasingly close the books from application extracts rather than paper journals. Olive Ledger sits with finance and application owners to test whether those extracts still tell the truth about revenue, accruals, and assets.

Our flagship engagement—the application ledger integrity review—samples postings, follows overrides to signed authority, and leaves a findings pack external auditors can file without reinterpretation.

What clients ask us to settle

What does a financial audit of applications include?

We examine how financial amounts are created, approved, posted, and reported inside the applications your finance team relies on—billing, receivables, payables, payroll imports, and related ledgers—then test whether those amounts can be supported with evidence.

Do you need administrator access to our systems?

Usually read-only export access and a guided walkthrough with an application owner are enough. We avoid privileged accounts unless your policy explicitly authorises them for the engagement.

How long does a typical engagement take?

A focused review of one process often spans three to five weeks of calendar time. Multi-module examinations for year-end or acquisition support may run eight to twelve weeks, depending on evidence readiness.

Will findings be written for external auditors?

Yes. Reports include scope, procedures performed, exceptions, and management responses in a format Thai and international auditors commonly accept as workpaper support.

Where do you work from?

Planning and reporting are based at our Nonthaburi address. Fieldwork may be on-site in Greater Bangkok and Nakhon Ratchasima, or remote when exports and interviews can be scheduled cleanly.
